Liability Waiver & Release

Royal Wealth Heritage LLC operates the RWH Life Skills & Learning Academy, which provides educational support services only. Royal Wealth Heritage LLC provides educational support services only and does not provide medical treatment, therapy, counseling, occupational therapy, speech therapy, ABA therapy, or psychological services.

Services may include instruction in communication, academic skills, social skills, life skills, and community readiness in home, virtual, or community-based settings as agreed upon.

I understand that participation in educational activities may involve inherent risks, including those associated with community outings, physical activities, and interaction with others. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my student's participation in services.

In consideration of Royal Wealth Heritage LLC providing educational support services, I, on behalf of myself and the student, hereby release, waive, and discharge Royal Wealth Heritage LLC, its owner, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from ordinary educational activities, except those caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct as permitted by Texas law.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Royal Wealth Heritage LLC from any claims brought by third parties arising from the student's conduct or misrepresentation of information provided during enrollment.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Texas.
