Payment Agreement

Acknowledge session rates, payment terms, and billing policies.

Session Rates

Individual Sessions: $45 per hour. One-on-one, individualized instruction tailored to your student's goals.

Small Group Sessions: $35 per hour / student. Collaborative learning in a supportive, structured small-group setting.

Parent Coaching: $35 per 30 minutes. Focused guidance for caregivers on strategies, goals, and home support.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted methods include cash, check, and electronic payment. A signed Payment Agreement is required before services begin.

Invoices or payment reminders may be sent by email or text. A signed Payment Agreement is required before services begin.

Missed Sessions & Refunds

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are billable in full.

Prepaid packages or deposits, if applicable, are non-refundable except where required by law or agreed in writing.

There are no refunds for partial session time due to student late arrival, early pickup, or behavioral disruption.

Rate Changes

Rates may be updated with 30 days' written notice to enrolled families. Existing scheduled sessions before the effective date remain at the prior rate.
