Attendance & Cancellation Agreement

Scheduling & Attendance

Sessions are scheduled in advance by mutual agreement. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring the student is prepared and available at the scheduled start time.

In-person and virtual sessions available. Sessions are typically 1 hour; parent coaching sessions are 30 minutes.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged the full session fee.

If the student is ill or an emergency occurs, contact us as soon as possible. Make-up sessions may be offered at our discretion but are not guaranteed.

Late Arrival & No-Show

Sessions end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival. Repeated late arrivals or no-shows may result in review of continued enrollment.

If we must cancel a session, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer rescheduling at no additional charge.
